WHEN THE PROBLEM MEETS THE GIFT... : 2 (REFINING YOUR GIFT)

In the previous part of this post, I shared about the outcome of the collision between the human gift and problems. Gifts are not ordinary, every gift carries the potential to solve a problem. Since all humams have gifts, it is therefore important to understand that every human has in them the potential and capacity to solve a problem.

Solving problems on earth is the responsibility of all mankind on the planet.

Like I said in the concluding part of my previous post on this topic, 'having a gift is not enough, the most important thing is to refine your gift'

The reason why so many people have gifts but have no attraction of wealth is because they do not refine their gifts as problems kept changing.

The most constant thing in life is time and change. When change happens, you need to refine your gift to be able to fit into the the system.

It doesn't matter how skillful you are, there will come a time when your approach to a problem would need to change. But if you are so in love with the old way, you'll suddenly loose value.

Your value is determined by the level at which your gift is refined.

For example,
'some mechanics have no jobs today because the engine of the car they used to fixed changed and they have not learnt the new way of solving the new problem.'

'Some architect don't have jobs because they still want to draw plans manually when there is a new way to draw a building plan on a computer in few minutes.

In essence, as the problem changes, you need to improve on your skills so that you'll remain relevant to your generation.

When the problem meets the gift, wealth is the result, but when the problem changes and the gifts is unrefined, the problem will bring the gift down and the human would be frustrated.

A genuine great man is always thinking of new ways to release their gift to the world. When you stick to an old way, you'll soon become obsolete. But a well refined gift is relevant at every season.

I have seen university graduates who end up doing a job diffrent from what they studied in school. This is one of the greatest frustration in the world today. Some graduated from school with good grades yet they can't practically apply what they learnt in school. This is not because what they studied in school is irrelevant to the society, the problem is they studied a course that is not related to their natural gift. A course that doesn't make their gifts become better.

It is not about going to school, it's about taking your gift to school to refine it.

In the next part, I'll share with us some keys to refining the gift.

A gift can not be learnt, It can only be refined. Going to school doesn't give you a gift, it only helps you to refine it. You should take your gift to college to polish it.

Thanks for reading.

Hello @adesojisouljay
It is true that gifts are not acquired at school, they are perfected.
Occasionally many people do not achieve professional success, because what they studied is not linked to the gift they have.
I hope you have a happy weekend.
Best regards.
