LMAC Community Support Challenge

My entry to @quantumg ‘s Support LMAC Community. Check Here for info on the challenge.

The idea is to pick a collage already done for a previous LMAC contest and use it to create a collage. Do not use one of your own.

In hopes the mother goddess will sent her blessings, a young witch stands at the mouth of the cave drawing energy from the storm raging around her.

She is in deep meditation and unaware of the tiger ready to pounce on her. Her familiar (supernatural entity who assists and protects her) turned himself into Spider-man and was ready to save her from the tiger.

  • This was from Giphy and the animation did not work when I tried to incorporate it into photo. I made it more transparent.

I loved to watch the Spiderman movies, so this hero saving the witch is very cool 😊

Hi Johann 😊 I’m happy you like my redo of the collage and the Spider-Man.

Rained here heavily all night and wind gusts about 45 kph today - not as bad as predicted.

Good evening Johann 😊

Yes, the rain was needed. It’s been raining off and on all day with temp staying in low 20s C. Same thing here at night- going down to low teens. Seems we have about the same weather.

Hopefully you get some nice days for biking.

oh yes, we have the exact same weather and it doesn't want to stop raining here - no days for biking in sight :(
Let's hope that these wet days will make place for a very nice Indian Summer soon 😁

Afternoon Johann.😊

I think we had some kind of a polar vortex creep down here last night as it was 4C this morning. Hubby had a nice fire going so it was cozy in the house.

The blue jays, squirrel and chipmunks were waiting by the back deck for some bread and seeds but I haven’t seen the hummingbirds this morning. They will be here a bit longer. There is warmer weather coming later this week.

Hi Jo,

here it's not very warm either, but not that cold.
At midday it stopped raining and now we have a nice evening, but a bit cooler than the past days.

Maybe it was too cold for the hummingbirds and they will come when it gets warmer again.

I have just come home from a long day at work (because the rain has stopped I didn't go directly home but rode around the lake to relax a bit), and because the next weeks will be busy too I don't know if I'll be much online, but I will take any minute I can get 😉

The hummingbirds came around later. I’m glad a cool night didn’t sent them South. The rest of the day was nice- in mid- 20s C.

I’m glad you had a relaxing ride after a long day at work. Fresh air by the lake is always good for the psyche.

Good morning Jo,

we had a cold night and 10 C in the morning - it was pretty cold and I almost needed the thick gloves on my ride to work 😉

Dark gray clouds are back on the sky. I don't mind them while I'm at work, but they should disappear in the afternoon ;)

I'm glad the Hummingbirds came later and your temperatures have been moderate. I hope my day today will be a bit more relaxed that I'll be in the mood to turn the computer on tonight to search some Qs - I'm sure you have yours already together 😉

The morning here is warming up after a cool night.

Yes, I do have my qs ready to go, It certainly is a different letter to find words. There’s was great British rock group who’s name started with a q that I remembered after I finished my choices. Maybe you can use it.

Good afternoon Jo,

we have another cold and rainy day, so working was ok, but no ride today, only back home and I was lucky that I didn't get wet 😁

I knew you would be ready even before I have started 😉

My problem is that I want to use only my own photos.
So it would be much easier for me to fly to London and hope to see the Queen than to travel back in time and take a photo of Freddie and his guys 🤣
