Quelona. Let's Make a Collage - Contest Round 53
Fuente
When I saw the image this week provided by @shaka I won't deny that my imagination got hung up, if I'm honest I didn't know what to do with the turtles, then I started to investigate a little bit about the mythologies involving turtles, so I read about Quelona an oreade nymph, the oreades are the nymphs that guard the caves, mountains or caves, that's where the inspiration for this collage came from.
Image provided by @shaka
Mythology says that Quelona was one of the nymphs that along with Hermes was invited to the wedding of Zeus and the Goddess Hera, this Quelona refused to attend the wedding, being this considered an act of contempt, when Hermes found out, he came down from the Olympus and threw his house into the water along with the nymph inside it, transforming it into a turtle condemning it to live with his house on his back.Source

Excelente trabajo!
It is because of such creativity that I love LMAC.
Shaka just gave you a photo, which was already a nice piece of art, and then you made a more great piece of art out of it.
From my humble technical point of view, the collage is also implemented really well.
Have you implemented this impressive carpet of plants on top of the giant turtle with some kind of clone brush?
Thanks a lot is a great compliment from you☺.... yes, I made the grass carpet with several brushes that are to draw plants, I used it in the giant turtle carpet and to mix the grass between the images and give it harmony... I work from my cell phone so I use an application that is to draw Ibis Paint X
Ah, that's interesting. It looks so real that I thought it was created with a kind of picture-clone brush (Partial cloning from one to another image, with a pencil like tool).
Really well done!
Hehehe.... is a drawing made by me with the brushes😁 graciass...
