Great Prospect

Hi, guys!

How are you doing? I missed almost a week, hope you and Steem are doing well :D It is the middle of a great week. I am satisfied with my recent job, but these days all my thoughts are with Nat. She's coming on Friday morning, and I am very excited.

Sometimes I ask myself - can this excitement, and anticipation fade away over years? Maybe, when I will grow old, and week, and I will not feel things so clearly, and what else we think about those who are older than we are. You know, I think it's a bullshit, coz I remember what do I imagined 20 years ago, and it is not at all what I am now :) That's why they say - "you will understand your parent better when you grow up."

Okay, and I picked up these 2 shots for my today's reflection, because they were taken in winter (and it is still winter here, although very warm and sunny), and because it is Italy, lol. More precisely, Siena. There is no connection with the content, but some of you have a chance to write "Nice photo!" in comments XD

Well, have to be off now, but...

That's what we always tell our children, when they are out driving a car and we wait for them to come home. Mostly they are late and wonder why we are so glad to see them: "You will understand when you are older and have your own children."

So, I can only say look forward to see your daughter and enjoy a wonderful weekend with her 😊

I would be quite !DERANGED if I didn't give you a !BEER and a !COFFEEA for this $trdo post 😉

You are just so sweet! Oh, thanks God mine csn't drive. So far... D When she grew up, I had to manage it and learn to trust her. God only knows how hard it was.

With "we always tell our children..." I meant my wife and me ;) lol

Yes, my dear @zirochka, we have got a boy and a girl - 17 year old twins - and they love to drive around with their friends in our cars.
Oh yes, we do trust them, because to get the drivers license we had to drive 3,000 kilometers with each of them. So we know how good they are, but when they promise to be home at 10pm and they don't come till 11pm we get worried - I think you know, what I mean 🙂

A !BEER has to be cold to taste good and not !DERANGED 😉

That's true, but just as we didn't understand that when we were young they will understand it when they are older :)
