BLURT - An alternative social media, where your voice isn't downvoted.
So we now have a "new kid on the block", definitely. A contender to the throne of #steemit, probably not....
When ever there is a new social media platform that promises no censorship, no downvoting but still offers the ability to earn cryptocurrency, of course I'm going to give this a go!!!
)The BLURT platform went live yesterday, July 4th, the US independence day, with very few fireworks.... And from what I've seen so far, any fireworks that did go off fizzled out quickly.
I really do wish #blurt all the success in the world, not only does it give me another platform to voice my opinions on, but it could well develop in to a ground breaking #socialmedia platform, where both #steem and #hive have fallen a little short.
A shame it didn't seem quite READY to launch. A few things seemed to need tweaking first.. it's A bit Frankenstein for me at mo but watching...
Do they issue and reward with Blurtcoins or something like that?

I gave it a try but as I expected without downvotes it's full of spam. Also I couldn't successfully post or comment so I'll pass on that frustration. Clearly they are not ready for prime time.
