See how I wander from Poetry to Twitter to Crypto/Blockchain and back in 854 words.

I am experimenting with Canva. I have never been able to master the app. This is the first time I am getting something out of it.

You can see how simple the creation is. I am yet to fully explore all the available features. I intend to use the app to create content for my Instagram account. My Instagram account is mostly meant for poetry posts. I used to post pictures of me but not anymore.

I have stopped taking pictures so that won't fly there anymore. Why would I need to post content on Instagram? Well I need the traffic for when I publish. The publishing industry in my part of town demands the writer being more involved in the process of marketing than you would expect. In fact, some so called publishers are actually printing presses.

Some hive blockchain matters

I am looking for a way where I can share content across all my social media accounts and blog without affecting the aesthetics or the idea behind the content. For instance, if I should decide to post the above picture on Instagram, this commentary will not appear on it. This same applies to Twitter. I can only afford to post this commentary if I was posting to Facebook or any other blog.

ProjectBlank

This is why ProjectBlank, the upcoming project by @leofinance is an amazing idea as far as I am concerned. With that project I can create a content that will moves frlm blockchain platform to traditional content creation platform. I can have something made on Canva appear on Facebook, twitter, Hive, Instagram without feeling like I cheated myself.

The way I see it, content creators can not only create shorter content but would also have views from the traditional market place and this would have the cause/effect of increasing the onboarding of new users on the Hive chain. It is therefore a win win.

If it is possible to break into the major traditional social media spaces without losing the block chain relationship of the content, I am sure that this would increase the value of leo, mleo, wleo, hive, hbd and every other token supported on the Hive chain.

Why create content on a blockchain space?

But I really do not know what ProjectBlank will look like. I feel that it would have elements of my suppositions above. As a content creator on the Hive chain who's niche is in the creative writing part, I have to find ways to marry different areas of the blockchain that I find interest in.

For those who are grounded in the world of business, finance, cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, gaming, computer programming and so on, it would seem that they should have an upper hand in this blockchain innovation. They do make a lot of money from their input. Yet it takes creatives like myself to make their ideas clear to those who do not understand crypto speak. We break down all the techie words into easy to understand words for noobs. It is why the Hive chain and similar chains have a great advantage. They have people who will use their creations effectively.

If for example, Hive discouraged poets and fiction writers, musicians and artists from being a part of the platform, reserving it only for techie people and business people, I won't be here and I believe the platform will not be used to its full potential. In fact, there will be no point for curation projects like @curie, @ocd and the like. Leofinance won't have been created and no one would have heard of PAL, creativecoin and the other tokenized projects that cater to the vast array of content that are published on a daily basis.

I believe and strongly so that the Hive chain is on the next step of its evolution. As big business is getting into the game, claiming as much stake as possible in order to influence the crypto and blockchain space, we are poised for an inflow of new users as interest peaks. The present bull run is a testimony to how far we have come.

About my poem

So my poem is a sad poem as usual. It questions this world that we live in and expects no answers. I will continue to question my existence, my purpose, my future, my society for as long as I can feel the words flow within me.

The lack of censorship is one of the reasons why I love this space. I can be anything here. I create and curate. I get curated and make some money. It is as if I am selling my work the way a live stream of a song can earn the artiste some money. Meanwhile I don't have to bother about my work being pulled down because someone in the board had a bad dream about depressed poets and decided that sad poetry is a no no.

Anywho, my hands hurt from all this typing. I am going to read some content, look for opportunities, write and edit some poems, live and hope that tomorrow will be kind to me.

Always,
Osahon(warpedpoetic)

Canva is simple and awesome if you master it. Being in Communication Departments has seen me improve my ability to get a few interesting things done.

I wonder when publishing houses will do such as marketing anything for an author but for the moment, the path you are on is superb. It's the entire of this continent sadly.

I should check ProjectBlank as I intend on returning to Leo. The drive is to learn a little crypto speak as my future depends on it. I don't feel like any of my writing will get me as far as yours can and this old bird needs to rest in her fast approaching golden years. The donkey in her is tired 😫

The very best with your journey Mwalim ❤

I too need to gather some of that nest egg. I believe that Leo has some really amazing projects in the pipeline.

Learning crypto speak is going to be add. I have a difficulty with languages. Lol. Anyway, I intend to do my best as a noob to follow up on the different activities going on here. I need to do more besides writing stories.

The publishing industry here sucks. I wish one could utilize blockchain tech in underwriting publishing costs and thus making it cheaper and easier for books to get across to the readership base.
