My friend is super hyped on astro photography at the moment so he picked me up and we went out on a night mission to see if we can shoot some cool pics of the milky-way.

About an hour drive from home is the Glass House Mountain on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland Australia.

The glass house mountains consists of 3 main mountains including

Mount Coonowrin

And Mount beerwah.

I have never been out this way at night time but the stars sure were in full effect out here!

I shoot these pics on my Sony A7iii at f2.8, 20 sec shutter and ISO around 1600 - 2000

It sure was alot of fun. Obviously I still have alot to learn but these are just some quick edits from the jpg files as I need to upgrade light room to edit the raw files.

Does anyone here have a another option to edit Sony a7iii raw files other than light room?
