How To Win Your Competitors Customers

As a business person, brand or company, we all have competitors that have been in our various market together with us.
Some have been there before us and some started after us. But that doesn't matter.

All we want is to gain more sales and progress in our own business brand or company.

When we find it hard to make sales and gain customers for our businesses, we tend not to be at peace because you know that, this is a problem that needs to be solved.

Sometimes your competitors might be doing better than us, leaving you to wonder how they do it and making you wish you were the one that has all that customers they are getting.

Here are some tips on how to gain your competitors potential customers.

1. Be willing to spend profitability in order to get a customer.
One of the aspect we don't consider is we need to spend money in order to gain money.
Your competitors spend money so they could get the customers they are getting currently.

A business beats it's competition by making the same prospect worth more to his business than to that of his competitions -Dan Kennedy.

Be ready to spend money on advertisement and marketing, awareness and copy.
Your competitors spend money for those wonderful ads you see on various social media platforms. They spend money for those catchy and mind blowing captions you get to see out there.
So if they could do this, why won't you too.

2. Model other successful brands that offer the same products and service.
There are successful brands and company out there doing what you do today.
All you have to do is look at what they are doing, how they are doing it and were they are doing it.
Then model them, not copy them.
There's a difference between the two. You don't have to copy rather, model the things they do, how they do it and were they do it (social media platforms and sites), then put it into yours and improvise it.

3. You don't win new customers by slashing the price.

Slashing a sales, thereby making the price low won't get your competitors customers to you.
And in some ways, it also reduces the value of your product and along the line you might run out of money and resources to keep up with the business.
Rather than this, you should consider repackaging the product or services, making your product differently and unique from others and creating mouth watering offers.

4. Create a relationship.
Business isn't all about customers coming to buy and go. They are human beings with feelings too.
Try to know them beyond just them coming to buy your product and services.
Connect with them beyond business level, get to know them. Imagine the way you feel when you get a birthday text/present, that feeling that you are important comes in.
If they are sick, check on them and I guarantee you, that person would have more reasons to keep doing business with you.

5. Be visible.
With today's technology, getting visibility isn't much of a problem. The problem sometimes is, you don't know how to be visible and were to be visible.
The social media platforms is one place as a business or brand owner, you should pitch yourself.
More sales can be gotten from the use of social media platforms if you search for your idea customers on the right place because not everybody is your customer out there.

Connect with those of similar interests, through blogs, comment sections of successful and big businesses, groups and events. Those people you make connection with will definitely check you out.
