Good day dear mates! @travoved is here! It's been for a while since my last post due my vacation time. But now I ready to share with you how we spent this time with benefit and collected birch sap with my friend!

So when days became more warm we met with my friend together early in the morning and went to the our favorite forest where we ussualy spend our weekendswith family and cook bbq at summer time.

First step was to choose right tree it should be not very old and not very young without damage on the bark of the tree, and it is desirable that there were no anthills nearby. Then we made hole in tree bark with a screwdriver about 10 mm in diameter.

After it we took glass jars and tied them to a tree under a hole, so that the birch sap itself drained into the jar.

Then we went to tie other jars. It took us some time.
When all the jars were tied, we left them for a while so that the juice could collect in them. Back we already returned after sunset when the sun disappeared over the horizon. And we found that some of jurs were filed with burch sap but some of them were half full.

So as a result we collected several litres of birch sap with my friend and after it we were glad to went home and treat our family with a tasty and healthy drink.

As a conclusion I want to say that it was our last meeting before quarantined by the government in the country. However, I hope that this does not last long and in May we still have time to enjoy the warm spring days spent in nature.
That's all for today. Thank you for reading! Yours @travoved! Stay at home!

may I recommend you using the tags #ecotrain #gogreen for this post?..

#ecotrain covers everything from nature, permaculture, environment, earth building, spirituality, alternative ways of living and Being and basically anything that relates to changed interactions with one another and Mother Earth. New paradigm stuff. :) It's a manually curated tag so the % upvote relates to quality of the post, and there's nothing else expected.
