This is because we want to enjoy life to the fullest. And we find satisfaction in eating different foods. Today I ate such a satisfying fruit. It is blood red guava.This is the first time I picked it up from our nursery and ate it. The taste of this guava is very high. I have eaten different varieties of guava before. But it tasted different to me. Since it is a colorful fruit so from my point of view I would say it works extremely beneficial for our body.

It looks red like blood. Its juice feels red when it is chewed with the mouth. And this guava contains a lot of vitamin-C, potassium and iron, which is very beneficial for the body of girls like me. This guava is called blood red guava in our village as it looks red like blood and tastes different from other guavas.

I tasted it for the first time today. This is what I ate with satisfaction today. There are some foods that are less satisfying. And this guava is one of them. It is not too big in size. Its shape is exactly as you can see in the picture. I am trying to show you by my own photography.
