Hi, today I want to share a vegan recipe, my fried garlic chili oil. This is something to eat with rice and with all food as you like.

Cambodian Garlic Chili Oil Recipe

(αž†αžΆαžαŸ’αž‘αžΉαž˜αžŸαž˜αŸ’αž‘αŸαžŸ)

Ingredients

  • 30 cloves garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 35 chili peppers, or as you like
  • 3 star anise
  • 10 cloves
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup olive oil or coconut oil

Step 1

Cut onion and put in machine, grind it with chilies.

Step 2

After ground.

Step 3

Chop garlic.

Step 4

Heat oil and fry garlic.

Step 5

Fry garlic until aromatic and put star anise and cloves, fry it little.

Step 6

Then put ground chilies, fry it little more.

Step 7

Then put salt and sugar, fry it 5 minutes more.

Step 8

After 5 minutes put chilli powder.

Step 9

Fry it a little it’s all ready.

I want to make it keep for eat every day with all food.

I eat it with rice and noodles. Last night I ate it with burger so delicious, it’s a little spicy not too much. I like it with all food. Have a great day everyone.

Your recipes are simply always a feast for the eyes. I love the way you document the preparation. As you have already written, this oil with similar preparation belongs to every meal with rice, noodles or even bread. Just delicious if you like spicy food.
