One of my "human houses" found a new home!

Another day of this warm (very warm here) Spring and another good news for my artworks!

As I wrote in some of my previous posts, I'm working on some new freaky wooden sculptures of the series "Monolocali Biculi", a series of artworks on the theme "Home/house". I'm waiting the last one is dried enought to give it the protective varnish, but in the meantime I sold one of the previous freaky houses I made:

I created this one in the January 2019 and I had so much fun to creat a sort of cloud on it. The dimensions of the piece are 7 x 28 x 5 cm and soon it will fly to the new home in Uk.

I started to sculpt (and paint) this kind of freaky house with rounded eyes for a solo exhibition I had in the 2016. The first pieces were very simple, but in time they grow up in various way and I'm very proud of them!
