Green chilli 4 pieces (কাঁচা লংকা 4 পিচ)
Onion one pieces (1 পিচ পিঁয়াজ কুঁচি)
Mustrad oil ( সরিষার তেল প্রয়োজনমত)
Salt (লবন প্রয়োজনমত)
At first , We will burn two brinjals . After burning sometimes , We will pick from oven two brinjals. After sometimes , we will pick up brinjala peels . We will collect salt , green chilli , onion , oil etc. Finally we will mix this elements with brinjals together . Thus we will make this recipe .
