Hello friends.

Since I started my quarantine, I have noticed an increase in weight, so I decided to improve my eating. I included the fruits to start my diet, these provide us with multiple benefits, vitamins and minerals that are necessary for our body.

Papaya is one of my favorite fruits, that's why I chose it for my dinners. This excellent fruit contains vitamins such as: A, group B (B1, B2, B3), folic acid C, E, K and minerals such as potassium, magnesium, calcium, zinc, iodine and phosphorus, in addition, its nutrients are mainly sugars that are they can absorb rapidly, soluble fiber and their fat is scarce.

This fruit has always been present in my home since my childhood, not only for being a delicious fruit, but also for its great health benefits. Between them we have:
