Develop respect and mutual support at Steem

Hello lovely Steemian.
Humans are social creatures that can not be separated from relationships with other people. I still remember in the citizenship lesson we were introduced to human terminology as zoon politicon The opinion expressed by Aristotle was literally interpreted as a social animal. This means that humans will naturally live in society and will automatically be able to distinguish from animals.
Likewise, Adam Smith said that humans are homo homini socius. This means that humans become other human friends. this is a very well-known conversation and we are taught even though it is possible with others.
The need for the presence of others will certainly give birth to a community. From this community, a relationship will be built. Establishing a good relationship will certainly be able to provide a harmonious journey in life.

Steem Community

Steem as a crypto currency has a community of users. Users who we often call STeemian will try to develop the potential of monetize in each of their activities.
As we know Steem has a platform known as Steemit. This Steemit runs on Blockchain technology, Blockchain itself is a technological solution that has revolutionized the way internet, banking and applications work without servers. Blockchain also has three main roles namely transparency, decentralization and has a unit value of cryptocurrency tokens (digital currency). In general, a platform does not run on Blockchain technology, for example, Facebook does not run on Blockchain technology, so it is centralized, where the founder can manage the site as he works.
this becomes a point of differentiation with other briefed platforms such as Facebook, Twitter and others. platform owners can arrange activities that can be done or can be suddenly a user subjected to censorship because it is considered unpopular as in the past many crypto YouTubers and censored so that his works could disappear from Youtube. Or even as is the case with Facebook user data is sold to third parties. This certainly can be a big danger in the internet world.
In Steem we as a user will determine what, and how Steem will be run. We can also form a small to large community in Steem as a manifestation of our nature as a social creature in cyberspace and reality
In Steem we also have a position as social beings. We must be able to form good relations so that a synchronization will be formed which will ultimately produce a good symbiosis and mutual benefit.
To be able to establish a harmonious relationship, we must always develop an attitude of mutual respect and mutual support.

Respectful attitude

In Steem we are invited to always give respect to a work. We can't be bully though it could happen. Certainly it will be more dignified if we give our respect to others.
The attitude of respect we can show with

  1. Give a positive comment if we like a post, without intending to lick. If you don't like it, you don't need to insult and drop a work. Let the post in our feed but don't comment on it.
  2. Do not give comments that can be considered spam. It may be that the intent of the commentator is good but can be complemented incorrectly by other creator or STeemian content.
  3. Post works that do not invite more complicated problems such as primordialism, racism, or agitation to do bad deeds. If this happens it will definitely get a lot of criticism, flag, or even downvote.

Mutual Support

As a community it will be better if everyone can support each other. This of course we need so that people are not afraid to be in Steem. We must contribute to creating a positive Steem ecosystem and can become a social media facility with economic advantages.
To be able to provide support to fellow Steemians we can do the following things.

  1. Give upvote.
Upvote is a form of expression that we like a post. Expression of likeness will be made as a reward and then converted to crypto money value. even if our upvote value doesn't make money because of the small Steem Power or a small percentage, the creator of the work will feel that his work is appreciated.

  2. Resteem
With resteem, a post will be more visible to many readers. this form of support is very helpful for creators.

  3. Give advice.
advice will be very useful for new Steemians. They certainly will feel happy when they get attention from other Steemians. the advice will give directions to amana and how they will move on Steem. I still want to remember when I was still not getting maximum guidance so I had to experience many bad things like running out of bandwidth (Resource Credit), Voting Power, using tags wrong, posting without upvote, to downvote. All that reminds me to always share with other friends. Now I will try to help other STeemian so we can feel the success together in STeem. As I did with @wongbraling, @anggadima by giving suggestions so that they can develop better.

  4. Remind if something is wrong
sometimes a creator makes mistakes. this can happen to anyone, especially for newbies. if we know it would be better we reminded them not to make mistakes. don't immediately give dowvotes so they can realize and correct mistakes. Except they deliberately do it over and over and we have already given a warning. This is doable.

  5. Giveaway and delegation
    Steem Power.
Langakh to support the other is to give a delegation or giveaway. Delegating SP is also an effort to support fellow Steemians. With delegation, a STeemian will be helped in account negation. There is little flexibility to make a post because RC is getting bigger. At the moment I am also getting 100 Steem Power from @ felt.buzz. Thank you @ felt.buzz for all his kindness.
giveaway will also be very encouraging because with that the recipient will feel greater benefits.

  6. Autuvote
The form of support that can be done is to provide upvote automatically. We can choose who is entitled to get. With autovote, a content creator feels confident that the work created will generate revenue. Possibly the disadvantage is that if a work that might be able to get a bigger vote if given manually, it turns out to be not achieved.
but clearly autovote is also a form of positive support for Steemian.
I am also very grateful to @xpilar, @reflektor, @bippe, @hingsten, @bigpower and others who have provided autovote.
With the support of fellow Steemians, we can grow and develop in Steem, which will ultimately be able to create mutual prosperity.
Thus my writing this time may be useful for all of us.

Thank you for reading my post. I hope you enjoy it.
