🍰 1st Chocolate cake in quarantine! COVID-19 Diary.

Hello!

These days of quarantine I have been able to spend time on many things I had in mind.
The first of them is that I have been able to order the photos that I had stored in an old hard drive, I have found many that are great memories. I really spent a lot of time as I had more than 30.000 files.

I also had time to read, with nothing else in my mind to distract me, I did it until I got tired.
Moreover, I experimented with cooking, which is one of my weaknesses. I have cooked some simple dishes that until now I have not dared. And I have also been able to make a chocolate cake that is delicious.

The cake is made of 3 different types of chocolate and with a crushed biscuit base. For those who are wondering, it tastes really good! 😊

I see many people complaining about not being able to go out. I encourage you to do all the things you have pending, perhaps learn to play an instrument, cook, read, meditate, start exercising, there are a thousand things that we always postpone due to lack of time.

Now there are no excuses, put a little creativity into it and you can end these days of quarantine with a new skill! I will be happy if I am better at cooking than before. 👨‍🍳
