Veggie Chow Mein Noodles

Hi guys! Today I'm going to make super easy vegetarian Chow Mein noodles. This is so easy to make, and the taste is pretty simple but you will not going to able to stop eating this😉 Sometimes, when I order Chinese food, Chow Mein noodles are my favorite part more than those fancy dishes. Simple is the best, who's agreeing with me?

Veggie Chow Mein Noodles

Prep time: 10 mins
Cook time: 10 mins
Total time: 20 mins
Servings: 2

Ingredients

• 200g egg noodles
• 1/2 Tbsp fresh garlic (chopped)
• 1/2 Tbsp fresh ginger (finely chopped)
• 1 cup bok choy (finely chopped)
• 1/2 onion (julienned)
• 1/4 red bell pepper (julienned)
• 1/4 carrot (julienned)
• 4 Tbsp vegetable oil
• 2 Tbsp soy sauce
• 1/2 Tbsp brown sugar
• A pinch of salt
• A pinch of white pepper

Instructions:

Add vegetable oil in a pan or wok, quickly fry the chopped garlic and chopped ginger.

Add onion, carrot, red bell pepper, and bok choy in order and stir fry it.

3. Add egg noodle(cooked), a pinch of salt, a pinch of white pepper, 1/2 tablespoon of brown sugar, and 2 tablespoons of soy sauce. Stir-fry it.

Turn the heat off, add 1/2 Tbsp of sesame oil and mix together.
