What is fish?
Fish are aquatic species that live in several types of water. I.e. fresh water and salt water or the sea.
This fish is an animal that breathes with gills and has a unique tail. It is designed to make it easier to swim in the ocean.
What kind of fish is above?
The fish above is a milkfish. The name in my area. It is a fish that lives in the sea and is very popular here.
Very happy to eat and often become an ingredient in every dish in my area.
And also delicious when combined with noodles and other gravy.
What are the properties of fish?
- Growing brain work and thinking power is more responsive.
- prevent heart disease
- reduce the risk of depression
- Protect eyes and resist aging fast.
The fish above is a fish that I like too, I took pictures of it in the morning when I was shopping to be processed as my breakfast that morning.
