forest fairytale (macros)
A few macros from my recent shoot. I found some fresh Mica cap mushrooms and have 2-hour fun shooting them. Used natural lighting and hands only. Actually, it is not a forest, just a spot of some virgin soil with a lot of last year dead leaves. One can find a lot of intresting stuff looking under the feet.

Clickable - better watch in hires.
(A branch decorated with yellow and grey lichens helped me to create such a cool background).
And look closer at this little spider. He's real plush! ... or maybe velvet.
Another sleeping seed.

Those are some fun shots. That little spider looks like it should be in Alice in wonderland. :)
I'm wondering of it is some kind of tick
no no, mmm, i am pretty sure it is just a small spider. its very tiny - less than a match' head (1/3 of match head size, I think).
