I've Updated My Witness Votes, You Should Too!
I've been voting for 30 witnesses for some time. Today I dropped a number of votes for some Steemians I strongly believe in and fully support because there is a larger need for change on our blockchain. We need 18 witness positions in the hands of Steem loyal and removed from Justin Sun.
If you're not aware Justin Sun has initiated a hostile takeover of the Steem blockchain. He's convinced Binance and Huobi to join his owned asset Poloniex to use their customer's funds to power up and hijack the Steem blockchain. You will find plenty about this in Trending so I won't spend much time here. What I will cover is why I've selected these witnesses and why you should too!
I've selected this list by voting everyone that is running an active witness who is also being supported by @pumpkin. If you're not familiar with @pumpkin they are the proxy voting account for @freedom. Freedom has 10M Steem Power and their vote will be mandatory for passing Justin Sun's illegitimate witness accounts in voting. The accounts that freedom are voting for whom are no longer running an active witness I've assigned to the top witnesses available who are not being voted on by @pumpkin.
I call on all Steemians to follow this schedule of witnesses until Steem's decentralization is restored. After we've restored the decentralization of the Steem blockchain we can then return our votes to our previously selected Witnesses but now is a time to unify. I beg you to join me on this mission.

Yes we do! This is enough to block Justin Sun from hardforking the code so long as our coalition can stick together. I beg the community to move now rather than later so that we can restore sanity as soon as possible. We can move back to our normal voting one block after restoring HF22.2's provisions on STINC's ninja-mined stake.
I"m really curious about how this will all pan out. Talk about a rough start! It would be nice if people could get along and work together but I honestly don't know a great deal about what is going on anyway.
