Introduction

Continuing with the idea of creating more blog dividers for the writers of Splinterlands, here is one more new creation. I have used a few base files to create the blog dividers and gave it some touches to make it workable for Splinterlands.

So, let’s get on with making our very own blog dividers for Splinterlands. 😊

---------------------------------------------******---------------------------------------------------

Step 1: The Base Material

We will be looking at a blog divider with the Death Splinter as the theme. How about a blog divider which we can use whenever we are planning to utilize for an article retailed to the Death space? Good idea? I think it is.

Let’s look at the base material.

Here is the group of beautiful line dividers that were created by Analise and hosted on Pixabay.

Here it is.

Boogeyman from the Death Splinter

For the second part of the base material, let’s use the Boogeyman. A good representative, I am sure.

Here is how it looks:

So, that gives us our base material.

Step 2: Readying the Blog Divider

So out of the total blog dividers available, I choose just one of them. Which one? Well, the one below:

And I will bring this line divider with the Boogeyman edited picture.

Step 3: Completing the Blog Divider

So, with all the base material in place, I just bring in the two of our base images. Here is how it looks:

So, we just do a bit of editing to remove the white space around the blog divider and here it is the final version.

So, that’s it from me for today. That was my functional and straightforward art. You can try out your own variations. 😊

Before I go, What Game is Splinterlands?

Well, it is one of the earliest blockchain-based collectible games. Though I started playing the game quite late, on hindsight, I should have had got going early. Anyway, no need to despair, there is so many opportunities no matter when you start.

Splinterlands is a digital card game which allows you to collect, trade, battle, rent and even earn on the cards. It is one of the most generous games that I have seen where cards, potions, Dark Energy Crystals (DEC. Cryptocurrency) are given out every day to thousands of players for just playing and winning daily quests. And there are tournaments or guilds that you can join.

Just to give you an idea of few of the uber-expensive cards, take a look at this recent purchase of Prince Julian at USD 3500.

Did you go to the link and see for yourself? I hope you did. And I hope that gives an overview of the game. I just love the game, and those interested can go to Splinterlands’ site and join. If you want a link to join, I will leave one at the end of the article which you can use.

Scroll down, quick. 😊
