The situation is not so good now in Italy, some says that it will start a new lockdown, probably on Christmas time I really wish that this will not happen I am really scary about a new lockdown.

So everyone of us in these days feel many bad emotions, many people lost their job for the covid 19, some commuted also suiced for that and this is really horrible.

There is an increase of anxiety, psycokillers abuse, drugs and alcohol abuse in the population after the covid.

It s not easy stay happy and calm in this situation, everyone is scary on his own way.
So we must try to stay calm and to don't go down
It's not easy staying in good mood but we must try a way for do it, falling in a depression in this moment can truly be deadly
So we must keep our dreams together and our hopes.

If we start to forget them we will be very sad and anxious.

We also must not forget to smile, also if times are hard, if we are scary and if we feel weak..
