Hah! I'm always curious where barangays captains buy the hardware and bricks for their houses. Given their known wages, they must buy from super discounters to build such humongous castles.

I want to buy there too!

Getting better now. One of the metro-wide agencies has recommended each city to implement curfew from 8PM to 5AM every day.
