Location- Daganbhuiyan Upazila, Feni District.
Made-1850-60 AD.
Proprietor - Rajkrishna Saha / Ramnath Krishna Saha.
Materials used in making - brick, surki and rod.

This zamindar house was built over an area of about 13 acres. The house has 10 buildings and 13 ponds. Of these, 5 ponds have been paved.

The house is dilapidated as it is not under the care of any government or non-government organization. All around is covered with herbs. Buildings are also collapsing.

Get on the Noakhali or Maijdigami bus from Mahipal and get off at Sebarhat Bazar. Take the left-hand side (north) of the street to the market. If you talk to someone about CNG going to Pratappur, you will show it. You will reach Pratappur village after seeing paddy fields and rural houses on both sides of the road. If you ask someone while passing by Pratappur High School, Pratappur zamindar will show you the house.

Note:
Pratappur zamindar's house in Daganbhuiyan has now become an arena for drug addicts! I believe that the place will be developed as a good tourist center for the tourists if the senior officials of the district keep a close watch on it.
