I was going to build tonight. Ended up on a video chat with T-dog and my niece. You know what that means right? No work tomorrow, Lego!

Bingo, you have hit the jackpot then!! I finished my daughter's thing. It is surprisingly small but bloody intricate!!

Jeez! The words hardcore and obsession spring to mind, right? 😁

Two words that sort of sum me up in certain aspects of life. I ordered some Lego last night actually. I always only get it on sale. Got 30% off last night. Didn't get that excavator though, that one it $800 here. I'm still saving for it.

$800 Once upon a time Lego was for the kids, clearly nowadays the people who really appreciate it are the target audience!!!

That is balaclava and getaway driver kind of shopping, right? 😁

Without a sprinkling of hardcore obsession some of the greatest discoveries ever made would not have been possible...

And I would never be able to arrange all of my canned goods, just so...

Yes, you're right. When I was a kid we couldn't afford Lego brand new sober scoured the newspaper for second hand stuff. I never had sets, just random pipes of Lego. It worked well.

These days I get sets and have random blocks also.

My wife came across a 7,000+ brick Millenium Falcon from Star Wars the other day. $1300. I won't be getting that one unless hive goes to $100. 😂

Ahaha. That's the spookiest thing, I had an absolute ton of second-hand Lego too. I got one set for Christmas brand new ever. I don't suppose I ever questioned it, I was just grateful... I imagine you were too! It's cool that one day we get to have a second childhood when we have the good-sense to really apreciate it and a little money too 😁

I won't be getting that one unless hive goes to $100.

Disclaimer: This is not financial advice...

((although Galen did just put a down-payment on a lifesize Lego yacht!!!)) 🤣

I respected everything I had as it came so rarely and I knew I would get another. That's how it was in the 70-80's for me at least.

I won't get too excited just yet. but...Ah bugger it, I'm buying a Lego house! (Life size of course.) 😂

Thank you very much dear friend @ meesterboom, I think the new built-in measurements helped.
This week you will undoubtedly retake your place, among the first five
