Male Portrait painting after so long

I haven't drawn any male figure in a very long time. Even though all the youtubers i follow keeps telling us to draw more male portraits to better understand the facial structure but i find it very hard to draw the hair features. I mean how do you even draw those tiny beards and make them look like actual beards without messing the face up?

But i had to try one. So i found some models to follow on instagram. This one is kevinlutolf from instagram.... No, he doesn't have red hair, i just did that because it looked cool.... I was at the skin for so long that when i got to the shirt i lost all my patient and rushed to finish it.

I chose this very specific photo because this one has very good lighting, you can see the facial structure so clearly. Also the sunlight gave the skin such amazing color....
The face didn't match yes, but thats really no longer the goal. i am supposed to find my own style and be able to draw any face in that specific style. I am still figuring that out.
