[ESP-ENG] Un nuevo integrante en la red Hive / A new member of the Hive network

Oficialmente me convierto en un nuevo creador de contenido en este proyecto llamado Hive, que lleva poco más de un año (por lo que pude leer) y ha beneficiado a muchas personas amantes de la lectura y la redacción.

I officially become a new content creator in this project called Hive, which has been around for a little over a year (from what I could read) and has benefited many people who love reading and writing.

Mi nombre es Luis Miguel Idrogo Guzmán, nací un 28 de febrero de 1997 en la ciudad de Maturín, capital del estado Monagas, Venezuela. Vivo actualmente con mi madre, Nohelia Guzmán y dos hermanos Álvaro Idrogo y Noelis Idrogo, ambos son licenciados en comunicación. Mi padre, Luis Idrogo, se encuentra viviendo en San Antonio de Capayacuar, por cuestiones de trabajo, pueblo cercano a Maturín y de dónde provienen tanto él como mi mamá. Antes de de mi nacimiento se mudaron a la ciudad.

My name is Luis Miguel Idrogo Guzmán, I was born on February 28, 1997 in the city of Maturín, capital of the state of Monagas, Venezuela. I currently live with my mother, Nohelia Guzmán and two siblings Álvaro Idrogo and Noelis Idrogo, both of whom have a degree in communication. My father, Luis Idrogo, is living in San Antonio de Capayacuar, a town near Maturin, where he and my mother come from. Before my birth they moved to the city.

Por parte de papá, tengo 4 hermanos más, Luzmary Idrogo, José Luis López, Nelson Guzmán y Mariannys Guzmán. Y sí, solo le dio el apellido a una de ellas.

On my father's side, I have 4 more siblings, Luzmary Idrogo, José Luis López, Nelson Guzmán and Mariannys Guzmán. And yes, he only gave the last name to one of them.

Soy estudiante de Comunicación Social en la Universidad Bolivariana de Venezuela (UBV), egresado desde el 2019. Actualmente curso el tercer semestre.

I am a student of Social Communication at the Bolivarian University of Venezuela (UBV), graduated in 2019. I am currently in my third semester.

Mi pasión por el periodismo nace en el 2016, cuando decido crear un página dedicada al fútbol de nombre Livegol. Todo por el amplio conocimiento que tengo por el fútbol y con la mente puesta en aportar contenido a las redes sociales de mucha importancia. A finales de ese mismo año me encuentro con una publicación en la red social de Facebook, en dónde la página Sangre Vinotinto buscaba nuevos corresponsales que se encargaran de cubrir información del estado que habitábamos.

My passion for journalism was born in 2016, when I decided to create a page dedicated to soccer called Livegol. All because of the extensive knowledge I have for soccer and with the mind set on providing content to social networks of great importance. At the end of that same year I find a publication on the social network Facebook, where the page, Sangre Vinotinto was looking for new correspondents who were responsible for covering information from the state we inhabited.

En eso decido escribirles y me dan la oportunidad de trabajar junto a ellos como redactor, en eso le comentó a mi hermano Álvaro, ya graduado de comunicador para trabajar juntos en esa importante página a nivel nacional, él con el rol de fotógrafo. Su experiencia como comunicador y mi conocimiento en el fútbol nos iría de maravilla.

I decided to write to them and they gave me the opportunity to work with them as an editor, and I told my brother Alvaro, who had already graduated as a communicator, to work together in this important page at a national level, he with the role of photographer. His experience as a communicator and my knowledge in soccer would be great for us.

Mi debut como corresponsal fue el 27 de enero del año 2017, donde asistí a la rueda de prensa del Monagas Sport Club, equipo del estado. Ese día presentaron a los jugadores, en donde aproveche para entrevistar algunos de ellos y sacarme unas fotos, nunca olvidando mi fanatismo por los atletas que tienen el privilegio de jugar al fútbol profesionalmente.

My debut as a correspondent was on January 27, 2017, where I attended the press conference of the Monagas Sport Club, a state team. That day they presented the players, where I took the opportunity to interview some of them and take a picture, never forgetting my fanaticism for athletes who have the privilege of playing soccer professionally.

Ya para el año 2020, en plena pandemia, me contactan para formar parte del programa de noticias Monagas Hoy, que es transmitido por Monagas Visión de lunes a viernes a partir de las 8 AM. Mi cargo ahí es de community manager. Donde actualmente continuo elaborando.

By the year 2020, in the middle of the pandemic, I was contacted to be part of the news program Monagas Hoy, which is broadcast by Monagas Visión from Monday to Friday from 8 AM. My position there is community manager. Where I currently continue to elaborate.

¿Cómo llegué a Hive Blog? mientras hacía mis trabajos en Sangre Vinotinto, por ahí por el año 2017 me tope en el palco de prensa del Monumental de Maturín (estadio donde hace vida el Monagas SC) a @anthony2019. Como cosa del destino, años más adelante veo sus redes sociales, donde menciona en numerosas ocasiones esta comunidad. Hasta que un día tuve la valentía de preguntarle y hasta ahora sigue aportándome su apoyo para ir creciendo en Hive Blog.

How did I get to Hive Blog? While I was doing my work in Sangre Vinotinto, around 2017 I ran into @anthony2019 in the press box of the Monumental de Maturín (stadium where Monagas SC plays). As fate would have it, years later I see his social networks, where he mentions this community on numerous occasions. Until one day I had the courage to ask him and until now he continues to give me his support to keep growing in Hive Blog.

Mis objetivos en esta plataformas son mejorar mis hábitos, tanto en la lectura como en la redacción, puesto que estos son muy importantes para el desarrollo de mi futura licenciatura. Del mismo modo poder generar para costear mis estudios y sustentar los gastos diarios.

My goals for this platform are to improve my reading and writing habits, as these are very important for the development of my future degree. In the same way, I want to be able to generate money to pay for my studies and support my daily expenses.
