First of all thanks, @abh12345, for the great initiative and inspiration to engage in this awesome community and blockchain. I'm happy in this year to see some good numbers so far, hope to keep good pace on the year. Congratulations to those constant heroes of the week!!
Taking a look to the numbers, I guess the witnesses votes are quite important on the ranking. Is that correct? If so, I encourage some great Steemians here to vote for witnesses and level up!! ;)

The witness vote accounts for only a small amount of the points earned and is there mainly to highlight that voting for witnesses is something all Steemians should consider.
