Maybe all of you already know the many benefits of Moringa leaves, but do not know how to process them, for that I will give you some easy steps to process Moringa leaves by boiling them.

The first step:

Take a few pieces of moringa leaves or to taste, then wash using clean water.

The second step:

Take the moringa leaves that have been washed, then boiled with a dose of 2 cups of water.

The third step:

Boil until boiling, until the remaining one glass of water, from what we put in two cups of water, so the water boil is about 15-20 minutes.
