Hello Lovely Peoples,

If I have to ask, what work or something in your daily life hurts you the most. I would say the footpath of our city. Because I have to walk to the office every day, honestly there is no other way. Because I work at the desk all day, I try to walk to / from the office. Since almost all sidewalks in the city are occupied by hawkers, walking on the sidewalk to avoid them is really painful. And I have to do this difficult task every day.

The word that is most commonly circulated in our city to the residents of the city is, Walk on Footpaths - Avoid Accidents. The reality is that most people avoid footpaths most of the time and walk on the roads. Because of which accidents are increasing on the one hand, traffic on the other is increasing. Because people in the city know that walking on footpaths means extra trouble. So everyone walks on the road even though it is a risk.

Although civil society has, at various times, tried to catch the attention of the authorities concerned. But even in this case the townspeople did not see any success. Because sometimes there are initiatives to solve the problem, but later the initiative is closed for various reasons. Due to which, although there are pavements on the city's roads, it is not suitable for use. Due to which the pedestrians are forced to walk on the road.

Not only the city's footpaths, but in many cases, the presence of hawkers is increasing in the footover bridges built on various roads. Because of this, people are reluctant to use the Footover Bridge. Because of the presence of hawkers, the environment of footover bridges is deteriorating, just as people's problems are increasing.

However, I want to be hopeful, not as frustrated as others. The Government or the concerned authorities shall implement the proper planning and proper law in making the roads of the city free from hawker. Only eliminating hawkers won't solve the problem. Rather, the hawkers have to take proper rehabilitation measures. I am optimistic, because I love this country and dream about this country even though I admit the problems.
