Natural fruits provide excellent nutrients

Nature not only makes our living quarters safe, but also provides us with sustainable food. Natural foods are not only healthy but also provide many nutrients for our body. Therefore, we should always maintain the natural environment. Although we always do more than the opposite.

However, today I present to you a different local fruit, as it is a natural and nutritious fruit. Although it is not yet very well known in our country. However, many people in the city are familiar with it.

In many places it is called box nut, though in English is called bastard poon tree. It is very tasty to eat and full of nutrients. So people in the city love it more. It is also less expensive than other fruits. Apart from Dhaka City, it is found in Chittagong and Barisal. However, it is more visible in the old Dhaka.

One of the reasons that fruit is popular with people in the city is that it works well in controlling high blood pressure and cholesterol. Moreover, consuming it regularly eliminates constipation. It also gives good results to those whose memory is reduced. So while the fruit is not very popular, it has many nutrients benefits.
