When I was a kid, my parents trained me on how to help people who are in need. Each individual is in a financial crisis in the past few months. It triggers where and how we can gain income during the quarantine.

Our government in my municipality is doing its actions on how to support our market vendors. They have less income and half of them took an off since customers are getter less. They created an idea that can worry less to our vendors. Through the help of social media. Their products were posted including the seller's details and prices online.

They offer free delivery. As you can see in the video, the lady is our regular customer. In our simple way, we can contribute to her something that can surely provide her family too.
This dish is very common. It is "inun-unan" (Mackerel Scad Stewed In Vinegar) a quick and easy recipe. I love to pair it up with corn rice "Mais". The good thing about cooking this,is it can last in days. Its sourness preserves its best. The longer it is, the tastier it will be.
