Tigress And Her Cub (Ink Drawing)

Hello Steemians. I hope you're all doing great.
For my last sketch today, I made this pen drawing of a tigress and her cub.
Like many other cats, both domestic and wild, tigers clean themselves and their cubs by using the tongues to lick off dirt and blood stains from their prey.
This drawing depicts a scene of a tigress cleaning her cub with the tongue.
I used a black ball point oen and pelican paper for this drawing.
Here are the steps involved;
First, i drew the outline of the face of the tigress and her cub. I also drew their stripes and facial features in this stage. This was the most challenging stage of the drawing but I'm glad I overcame that.

Next, I began shading the cub and then the tigress's face starting from the nose and tongue.

Finally, I shaded the remaining parts of the face and added some details of fur till I got a satisfactory result.
