Qurator's: Hive Top Chef! Breakfast // Pancakes

Hello friends of HIVE!

Welcome to my blog, this time @qurator proposes a challenge for this great Top Chef l contest on Wednesdays which consists of a breakfast.

Today I want to present this recipe of my breakfast.

Banana Pancakes



People who eat breakfast in a balanced and varied way, usually keep their weight within healthy limits. Ideally, make 5 meals a day, with breakfast being an essential part.

That's why I always have breakfast before my workday, so I keep my concentration, I stay healthy, with my brain fed, with lots of energy and good humor to face my day to day.


Ingredients



  • 2 Bananas
  • 1 cup of flour with leavening.
  • 1 egg.
  • 1 cup of milk.
  • 1 spoon of sugar.
  • 1 tablespoon butter.
  • Vanilla.
  • Cinnamon.

Instructions


1.- Grind the ripe banana into a paste.


2.- Pour the egg into a bowl. Beat it for a while until it reaches a little consistency.
3.- Add a little flour to the bowl. Stir very well.
4.-Add a little milk and continue stirring. Keep it up, alternating flour with milk, little by little until you finish with both ingredients.

5.- Add a little milk and the cinnamon continues to stir. Keep it up, alternating flour with milk, little by little until you finish with both ingredients.


6.- Grease the pan with 1/2 tablespoon of butter. Wait until it gets a little hot. Add a portion of the banana pancake dough,

7.- Fry the back for a minute. Repeat this procedure twice more or until golden brown.
