Plumera - frangipani

locally we call this kalachuchi flowers.
I've seen a lot. in different colors, white, pink, red and yellow. It's a tree flower that reach maybe 3 meters in height.

Thank you. I saw people here collecting those that dried up. They said its being use for soap. Hope you don't use that kind of soap. :)

That kind of soap I would probably be fine with not that I use it LOL it more the particles in the air I think funny thing is before coming to the States I never suffered from allergies, well to be fair I never did till I had TB and Lung damage

Oh... Anyways, Hope your doing okay. specially now with c19. Am already 55yrs old and i do feel some muscle pains. maybe bec. i was too athletic in my teens. i did run 10Km marathon. hehehe. young and crazy high school days.

Ohh I can relate I am just a touch older at 60 and feel the aches from my crazy younger years, Rugby, Marathons, Triathlons and Motocross, I feel the effect of them all now lOL

years back. my brain told me i can still do those heavy PE. :) well i black-out, as if KO by our Pambasang KAMAO pacquiao.

I was riding mt bike. uphill. good thing is that while i collapsed maybe 1 sec. already KO, most likey lack of oxygen. before i hit the ground i was slap by the bike handle bar in the face and woke up instantly. hehehe.

after that i learned to do all exercise slow and smooth. :)
