RE: Stranded, Stuck, and Stupid: The shitstorm that was this past weekend

Insurance covers liability if you're in a crash, but not if the car suffers a catastrophic failure on the side of the road. I might be able to get my insurance to write off the vehicle since we do have comprehensive coverage, but that's doubtful at best given what I went through on Saturday. Roadside assistance would only tow the car 15 miles! I had to spend another $45 to get it to the shop.

And I love that euphemism. That sums it up perfectly!
