El día de hoy desperté tarareando una canción de grupo Mecano dicha canción tiene por nombre "Hijo de la Luna"

La primera vez escuche al grupo Mecano por la radio tendría unos 10 años de edad, recuerdo que mi hermana compro el LP (Long Play) y lo escuchábamos todos los días, a pesar de mi corta edad me gustaba mucho, mi hermana entendía mejor la letra ya que tenía 15 años. Con el transcurrir del tiempo me continúa gustando este grupo. Escucho por la radio los programas retro de los años 80 y 90 porque allí siempre colocan las canciones de mecano ¡¡no puedo evitarlo me gusta la música vieja!! 📻 🎧 Cuando preparo la cena sintonizo emisoras de música viejo y cocino cantando y tatareando las canciones y cuando ponen un Reggaetón cambio de emisora y sigo buscando las canciones que me gustan.

The first time I heard the group Mecano on the radio I would be about 10 years old, I remember that my sister bought the LP (Long Play) and we listened to it every day, despite my young age I liked it a lot, my sister understood the lyrics better since she was 15 years old. With the passing of time I continue to like this group. I listen on the radio the retro programs of the 80's and 90's because there they always play mecano's songs ¡¡I can't help it I like old music!!!! 📻 🎧 When I prepare dinner I tune in to oldies stations and cook singing and humming the songs and when they play Reggaeton I change the station and keep looking for the songs I like.

Investigando sobre la letra de esta canción me encontré con una página donde explican de qué trata el tema "Hijo de la Luna”. Siempre había creído que sabía de qué trataba pero me di cuenta que había muchas cosas que desconocía al respecto. La canción trata sobre una trágica historia sobre una mujer gitana que se enamoró, pero no podía ser correspondida ya que ella y él era de diferentes etnias y su amor era prohibido. Le rogó a la luna que la ayudara a casarse con su amado y la luna le dijo que sí, pero a cambio debía entregarle el hijo que saliera de ese amor. La mujer sin pensarlo dos veces acepto la condición que le propuso la luna. La luna nunca se imaginó que la mujer fuera aceptar ese tipo de trato y se puso muy triste Al nacer el niño su color de piel era "blanco como el lomo de un armiño y con los ojos grises en vez de aceituna, niño albino de luna". Al ser sus padres de piel morena el hombre creyó que la mujer lo había engañado y la mato, luego se llevó al niño al monte y lo abandono para que corriera con la misma suerte que su madre.Aquí les dejo el enlace por si quieren saber la historia completa ya que lo que les escribí fue un pequeño resumen, allí se muestran más detalles sobre de que trata la canción.
Los hermanos José María y Nacho Cano, fueron los integrantes del grupo mecano junto a la solista Ana Torroja, quien tiene sin duda alguna una de las mejores voces, escucharla cantar es un de las cosas que más me gustan. Lastimosamente y por desagracia de los que amamos a “Mecano “ el grupo se separó en 1.998
Mecano fue un grupo español de música pop, activo entre 1981 y 1992, periodo al que hay que sumar una fugaz reaparición en 1998, que duró apenas ocho meses a partir de la edición de un doble disco recopilatorio que incluía siete nuevos temas grabados para la ocasión.
While researching the lyrics of this song I came across a page where they explain what the song "Hijo de la Luna" is about. I had always thought I knew what it was about but I realized that there were many things I didn't know about it. The song is about a tragic story about a gypsy woman who fell in love, but it could not be reciprocated as she and he were of different ethnicities and their love was forbidden. She begged the moon to help her marry her beloved and the moon said yes, but in exchange she had to give her the child that came out of that love. The woman without thinking twice accepted the condition proposed by the moon. The moon never imagined that the woman would accept such a deal and was very sad. When the child was born his skin color was "white as the back of an ermine and with gray eyes instead of olive, albino child of the moon". Unfortunately and unfortunately for those of us who love "Mecano" the group broke up in 1998.
