New Game on Hive: Rabona
What is it?
Rabona is a soccer manager. It is your job to build a team by scouting or buying players on the open market. You train different skills, implement different strategies and build your infrastructure to make money.
You can manage it with only a few clicks per day. It is a long term endeavour with 4 matches played per day. You will participate in 30 matches against the 15 opponents in your league per season. There is an abundance of data to improve your game, spy on opponents and learn from the best.
Rabona makes extensive use of the Hive blockhain. Every action you take is recorded on chain via json operations.
You may remember the creators of the game @oliverschmid and @rondras from another game, Next Colony. They took their lessons from that game and poured them into this one.

Pro Tips
- Look at your stadium utilisation, incrementally increase ticket prices as long as utilisation stays at or close to 100%.
- Win games, duh! You will get more fans who are happy to pay for watching you win. Your fans also buy beers, bratwurst, scarfs and shirts.
- You start out with 11 players. Don't go overboard in scouting or buying new players in the beginning. Salaries can eat your funds fast. Get one replacement player for offence, midfield and defense. Otherwise you will lose horribly when your players receive penalties or get injured.

Next colony was crap. Hope they learned from it.
I liked beta testing it. I think they learned a lot. That game isn't really suitable for bots. You might get crushed by excel wizards.
ill give it a shot on release. I just hope there is a gameplay element right away and its not a time wasting click simulator like next colony was.
3 months of clicking upgrades before you could do anything.
Your team participates in leagues as soon as they start the season, approximately 24 hours from now. Until then you can spend a little time to upgrade, train and scout...
Not a fan of the pay up front wall.
It would be happy if it was an in-game option for something extra :)
Understandable. You can play for free afterwards. There is no need to spend more money in game, if you manage it well.
