Have you been enjoying life to the fullest?
If no, check your life and make changes.
It might be that you are taking things to serious, or you have been living a rigid life that gives no chance to amendments. Life is too short to live it without fulfilment.
Enjoy every moment
Appreciate all you've got
Position your life to love and be loved
Forget the past and forgive your past.
Do these and you will discover that your soul will be light enough for greater things to evolve from it.
