Pancit Palabok For The Day

I was too busy doing many things at home and I was not cooking anymore. My caring sister called me if I already have eaten my lunch and exactly what I was going to call online order. She told me that she will give me that made me so happy. I just waited for my sister for a short time while doing some remaining work. Then, later on, she arrived bringing my favorite Pancit Palabok.

My beautiful sister was smiling so sweet giving me the food. I knew what was on her mind that I would became so grateful for what she brought for me. That is how my sister loves me.

Palabok means sauce. The original dish was made from ground shrimp heads and shells blended with annatto seeds, water, and cornstarch. It is a traditional food that originated from our country Philippines. Though, Pancit was originally a Chinese food but the recipe was a Filipino dishes. Pancit Palabok is so appetizing that everyone would want for more after tasting it.

There were times that I was also cooking this recipe and looking forward to have it when I am not busy. Yes, I am a man who knows how to cook you know!
