Crispy Fried Pig's Head

Sorry about the graphic picture but here in the Philippines, as a culture, we eat almost all parts of the pig. Even the head is made into different local famous dishes. Not everyone is into eating this part of the animal, mostly men eat this as they drink their alcohol. This is a good munchy while you get drunk.

We Filipino men are familiar with this in drinking gatherings. The skin is so crunchy, of course. We dip this in vinegar and spices sauce. It tastes just like chicharon or pork rinds but only thinner and more gummier. Me and my four drinking buddies did not finish this. It was a lot to take but it was really good. I shared it with my dogs after and I bet they loved it.
