Another Craving Fulfilled - Fresh Oysters

I love fresh oysters. They have that distinct taste that surely you won't forget in a long time. I can't describe it but it is a mix of a variety of tastes. It's probably what Japanese people refer as umami taste.

Oysters are quite pricey but I don't wonder why. Even if they aren't wild caught, even if they are cultured, It probably takes a long time for them to grow and be good for harvest.

As much as I wanna share, this plate of oysters is just good enough for me. I told my brother he has to order again for his. This dinner was my idea so he respects that.
