While walking yesterday, I passed by a vendor selling some delicious delicacies. It has been a long time that I never tasted kuchinta. So , i bought one with 5 pieces in the plate.

It was so yummy and I regret buying only 5 pcs. I am supposed to eat more and more. I piece is just a bite and done. I hope I could see that street vendor again. Her kuchinta has different taste fro the previous one that I bought before.

Kuchinta is made up of tapioca or ground rice or flour. It depends upon the availability in your kitchen. It will not become a kuchinta without lye. And of course it should have the meat of a grated coconut to have the perfect taste.

Filipinos are so creative in cooking some affordable delicacies for mid-time snack. Filipinos love to eat 6x a day, breakfast, snack time, lunch, snack time, dinner and midnight snack.
