Greetings, friends!

My story about a big dream is to become a beekeeper, inseparable from building a house.

And beekeeping, and building a house, for me, is a new experience, which gave me some confidence in my abilities and a lot of useful information.

As in the case of the apiary, when you need to make a lot of different choices, choose a hive, choose a breed of bees and, still, a lot of things, so, and when I started building, I had to make a choice, make a lot of decisions that couldn’t be change in consequence.

There were many options how to build a house, how to build a foundation. Cheap and expensive.

Reliability and cheapness were always on the scales.

In our country, high seismic activity, based on this, we decided to build a house on a solid foundation.

When, the project of the house was in my hands, I chose the construction team and got to work.

I was personally involved in the supply of materials.

there was no foreman, I had to make all the decisions myself.

But, I immediately registered the construction in the department of architecture and technical supervision.

Periodically, the inspector came and monitored the progress of construction, in stages.

So, the pit was dug.

did everything according to the norms of construction. The depth of the trench is 1200 millimeters and its width is 1000 millimeters.

Before pouring a reinforced concrete base, it was necessary to make a sand cushion 1000x150 millimeters.

For this, it took me more than 12 cubic meters of sand.

Then, from a pine board 150x2.5mm, a frame for pouring concrete was shot down.

The cost of many works, it was difficult to predict, initially, even such a trifle as falling asleep a bag and level it, is not cheap.

But, I saw, ahead, my goal, and moved on.

Most of all, I was worried about the accuracy of the layout and the geometry of the future building.

For me, each completed construction phase was a holiday!

The preparation stage for the sandy base is completed, to be continued!

For my publications, I do not use stock photographs, it is fundamentally important for me to use photographs that I have made with my own hands for publication and I can name them - authorial work.
