Fitness, staying healthy is essential. The corona we are going through now, we should try to keep the body fit, increase immunity as much as possible. The large figure, slim figure is not a big deal. The main thing is to stay healthy. Keep the muscles of the body strong, reduce fat as much as possible. We will be better only if the body is active.

Since we can't get out for this quarantine life. In that case, we can stay active by doing housework. As we can't go out at this time, we can't go to the gym, we can stay active by doing freehand exercises. We can do all kinds of exercises without going to the gym using dumbbells.

Another thing is sleep. Get enough sleep. Not less, not more. There is no substitute for sleep to keep the body fit. Many of us think that sleep increases weight. Which is a complete myth. As yoga keeps the body fit, it also brings peace of mind. Yoga is good for sleep. We can do yoga on time.

And when it comes to eating habits, we can be fit if we follow a few things. Eat on time, remove bad food from the eating list, and add good food. Now your question may be what is bad food and what is good food? To say bad food is to prevent fat clotting in the body. And good food means that it helps build muscle in the body.
