The Belarusian Foundation of Cultural Solidarity proposed the producers of Eurovision to allow Belarusian artists - Naviband, Val and Margo Levchuk - as guests to fulfill the song "Love Shine A Light", with which the United Kingdom in 1997 won the competition.

Беларускі фонд культурнай салідарнасці прапанаваў прадзюсарам «Еўрабачання» дазволіць беларускім артыстам - NaviBand, VAL і Марго Ляўчук - у якасці гасцей выканаць у прамым эфіры песню «Love shine a light», з якой Вялікабрытанія ў 1997 годзе атрымала перамогу на конкурсе.
