Hope you are all doing well on this day. For this post I just want to go through a bit of an overview of my journey with Splinterlands and reaching my milestone today which was to enter the Champion League (however short it was lol)

I have only started playing Splinterlands for over a month, maybe 2 months now. Initially I played with the standard set of cards and have just been struggling in the bronze league. I think I managed to get to Silver III after buying a few cards but got quite frustrated as I was just losing consistently. lol.

That was when I stopped playing Splinterlands for a couple of weeks. Recently I decided to give it another try. I got a lot of help and guidance from a few Splinterland users, and I decided to invest a little bit into my card deck and soon I reached the Gold League.

That was an Amazing moment! I started to understand the game a bit more. Invested small amounts here an there. I also began to build up a strategy and started enjoying the game more.

I started to realise that my strongest deck is my Water Splinter. So I simply just invested more in leveling up my water Splinters. One of my most expensive purchases was probably the Max level Ruler and a Level 3 Lord A.

And with a decent Water Splinter deck, I was soon able to break through to Diamond League:

That was an Epic moment, as I felt that I am heading in the right direction. There was a Saturday that I played so much that my energy capture rate was close to 20%.

However, I reached a massive invisible wall when I reached Diamond 1. I was unable to break through to Champion III.

That was when I saw this card on sale!

I hesitated a lot, but bought it in the end. I finally had a Max leveled summoner, so I would be able to use my full Max leveled Ruler. However, too bad that the Max level summoner I have does not increase Magic attack.

Imagine:

Max leveled Alric + Max level Ruler + Max level Phantom = OP Max Magic Power
(Please dont use a Max level Lord A Against this)

In any case, I was able to dip my toe into the Champion league, before being kicked out a few minutes later. Exolol!
