My birthday: Celebrando con temática de Hello Kitty / Celebrating with a Hello Kitty theme [ESP]-[ENG]

I turned 18 a long time ago, you might be thinking, isn't it too old for a Hello Kitty theme? Well no, don't let your age stop you from doing the things you want to do and mine wasn't an impediment, I want to tell you how I got to do a Hello Kitty birthday and how your age shouldn't stop you from doing anything.
Todo comenzó cuando mi cumpleaños se acercaba, quería pasarla genial ese día con un cocepto que recordara por siempre. Desde pequeña lla gatita famosa llamada Hello Kitty, se volvió mi caricatura favorita, recuerdo que tenía muchas cosas de ella y peliculas también. Una tarde me llegó a la mente esa gran idea, sin embargo me encontraba dudosa por pensar en que dirán los demás. Teniendo muchas ganas de hacer ese soñado cumpleaños, decidí seguir pensando en otras opciones...
It all started when my birthday was approaching, I wanted to have a great time that day with a concept that I would remember forever. Since I was a little girl, the famous kitty called Hello Kitty, became my favorite cartoon, I remember I had many things of her and movies too. One afternoon that great idea came to my mind, however I was hesitant to think about what others would say. Having a great desire to make that dreamed birthday, I decided to keep thinking about other options...
Pero luego de pensarlo tanto, me dije ¿Vas a desperdiciar un pequeño sueño por las criticas? asi que dejé el qe dirán detrás y disfruté mi dia, celebrándolo como ahnelaba, olvidando ese famoso "Que dirán" sin importar nada más.
But after thinking about it so much, I said to myself, "Are you going to throw away a little dream because of criticism? So I left the "what will they say" behind and enjoyed my day, celebrating it as I had planned, forgetting that famous "what will they say" and not caring about anything else.
Ahora aquí va la moraleja que trato de dejarles. Sin importar que edad tengas, tu condición social, tu formar de ser o pensar, no puedes dejarte llevar por las malas lenguas, no puedes desperdiciar un gran sueño o oportunidad por complacer a los demás. La vida es corta y no sabemos cuando dejaremos de vivir, asi que deja de pensar tánto las cosas y arriesgate, el mundo no es para cobardes es para vailentes y se que tú eres un valiente que puede marcar la diferencia cumpliendo sus sueños y metas, recuerda: Marca la diferencia y se un ejemplo.
Now here is the moral I am trying to leave you with. No matter how old you are, your social status, your way of being or thinking, you can not get carried away by evil tongues, you can not waste a great dream or opportunity to please others. Life is short and we don't know when we will stop living, so stop thinking so much about things and take a risk, the world is not for cowards it is for brave people and I know that you are a brave person who can make a difference by fulfilling your dreams and goals, remember: Make a difference and be an example.
