Painting "Sweet" Moments (Gouache Unicorn Cake!)
One of my sketchbook has neared it’s completion with only 2 pages left to be used. Today, I was going through pictures from my steemfest trip and obviously found tons of pictures of food.
I am glad that some of my friends have a sweet tooth just like me and it is a pleasure having conversations over delicious desserts. One such cake which I absolutely loved was the Unicorn cake in Starbucks, Pattaya. I think I ordered an English breakfast tea along with it which was a fantastic combination. The colors in the unicorn cake were just too pretty to be painted once and be done with and So I thought of painting a pattern using the cake illustration.
At first it seemed kind of stupid to paint one thing over and over again but slowly it made sense as it came together. Just a fun experiment for this page I think! :)
