Dandelion (oil painting on paper)

Another grey day here, but today I have more time to work on my paintings and so I'm happy. ^_^

Since some days I had an idea for a new oil painting on paper about one of my women and so, after the lunch (in the morning I worked in the bookshop of my friend Elena) I started something new. I wanted to work on something about dandelion, because it's one of my favorite herbs to paint and about 1 year ago I painted sometiing about it for a project in collaboration with a local herborist.

This is my new painting:

It's an oil painting on 200 gsm paper in A4 size and it's drying fast. I love to use my oil colors on paper, because I can work on interesting shades of colors and I can work really fast because the colors on paper dry very fast.
